We are looking for a professional, highly motivated and responsible bookkeeper to join our highly professional finance team. In this role you will be responsible for the daily accounting and reporting duties and play a role within a small team in a global setting.
You will:
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, including:
- Accounts Payable cycle management (recording invoices, preparing payments, reconciliations)
- Preparation of month-end and year-end schedules and reconciliations
- Conduct bank and Credit Card reconciliations
- Monthly closures (provisions for vacation, severance, etc.)
- Own financial aspects in Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Handle VAT and ITA reporting
- Ensure smooth processing of travel reports and personal expense reimbursements
- Participate in reporting to tax authorities
- Aid in quarterly and annual audits
- Collaborate with multiple departments and costumers
Qualifications:
- Certified bookkeeping with a minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience working for global High-Tech companies is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience working with Netsuite/ Praioritiy – an advantage
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to details and thoroughness
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsible for accounts receivable including invoicing, approving customers and credits, and AR aging (no collection)
- Responsible for accounts payable including billing, payments, and AP aging report
- Communication with business partners and customers
- Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed
- Report to all Israeli tax authorities
- Participation in month-end closing procedures
The ideal candidate will be comfortable generating frequent financial reports for senior management, tracking financial information in a well-organized manner and support all aspects related to finance at the organization. This candidate should be comfortable analyzing balance sheets in order to forecast revenue and keep track of accounts payable and receivable, as well as comparing budget vs. actual results of the company’s activity.
We are looking to hire a highly motivated team player controller to join our growing finance team. In this role you will be responsible for:
Your role:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of the monthly and annual closing process.
- Preparation of the statutory financial statements
- Lead and organize the preparation for annual audit – key liaison with external auditors during financial audits.
- Analyze actual, forecast and budget expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manage budget control and analysis to maintain expense control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPI’s.
Your skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance.
- MBA – advantage.
- Qualified CPA (from BIG 4 – advantage).
- You have 2+ years of experience with a similar position in a high-tech company (background in SAAS Companies – advantage).
- Strong accounting principles and US GAAP knowledge.
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience and flexibility.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting – advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority, NetSuite) –
