What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping (AP & AR cycles)
- Handle invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and aging reports
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage VAT and Israeli tax authority reporting
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Support audits and financial reporting processes
- Work closely with internal teams, customers, and business partners
What You Bring
- Certified Bookkeeper with 2+ years of experience
- Experience in a global high-tech company — advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite or Priority — advantage
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Independent, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Excellent communication skills

Profitian is growing and we’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Controller to join our Finance team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly and annual closing processes
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Own the annual audit process and work closely with external auditors
- Analyze budget vs. actual performance and support forecasting
- Monitor financial KPIs and support management with actionable insights
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, and reporting processes
Your skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Hi-tech / SaaS – advantage)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership and precision
